Welcome. Breathe. You’re Not Alone.

Life can feel heavy when you’re carrying it all alone. Whether you’re navigating the ups and downs of your teen years, trying to hold your relationship together, or simply overthinking every next move, you deserve a safe space to slow down, breathe, and find your way forward.

I work with teens, adults, women, and couples who are facing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or major life transitions. Many of my clients describe feeling “stuck in their heads,” emotionally exhausted, or unsure of who they are anymore. In our work together, we create a space where you can finally feel seen, supported, and free to be honest about what hurts — without judgment.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and person-centered techniques to help you calm racing thoughts, process painful experiences, and rebuild trust in yourself and your relationships. You’ll learn how to break unhelpful patterns, set boundaries, and begin healing at your own pace.

Healing doesn’t mean forgetting the past — it means learning how to live fully again, with strength and self-compassion. Whether you’re processing loss, recovering from trauma, or simply trying to quiet your mind, I’m here to walk beside you every step of the way.

Heart 2 Heart Therapy

You don’t have to face this alone. Let’s begin your journey toward peace, confidence, and connection — together.

Getting Started with TAPPING

In my sessions, I often use a powerful mind-body tool called Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), or tapping. This gentle process involves tapping on specific acupressure points while focusing on emotions, thoughts, or challenges. The combination helps calm the nervous system, release emotional tension, and bring the body and mind back into balance.

Research has shown that EFT can ease symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma by reducing the body’s stress response. What I love most about this approach is that it empowers clients—you can use it anytime to manage emotions, feel more grounded, and support your healing between sessions. My goal is to provide a safe, holistic, and evidence-based space where you can process emotions and experience lasting change.
